Stephen…a poem.

Meredith Gibraltar writes a new poem about love.  It’s for the first section (Stephen) of her book called Martha.  I have changed the name of my first book.  It is now called Martha.  I’m working on a subtitle…Cheers!

You represent love.

You represent strength and  protection.

I needed you at a time that I was vulnerable.

My love for you was truth.

It gave me courage and strength.

It gave me hope to go on when all else failed.

At my time of need you were there.

Stephen.  My love.  My protector!

I write…a poem.

Meredith Gibraltar writes a poem about herself again.  There was a glitch.  I write about writing.

I write.

I am calm.

The words calm me.

I fear and am calm.

I love and am calm.

The belief in the good and love saved me.

Calmed me.  Soothed me.

The words reflect my fear.

The words reflect my love.

Slowly I heal.

I am writing one book called The Dominant.  Sections of that book are called Stephan, Theo and The Dominant.  I have decided that my first book will be all three of these sections.  Stephan was not long enough to be a book on it’s own.  Theo is the section that I am writing now.  Stephan was a labor of love.  Theo is all work!  I have put the section The Dominant on hold while I write Theo.  Cheers!

I must go…a poem.

Meredith Gibraltar writes a poem for her first book Stephen.  I am being distracted from writing but feels that she owes it to her readers.  I used to write a poem a day for part of the month of April!

There is danger!

Someone new!

It’s the first time that you’ve warned me

Of danger on the streets.

I am scared!

So dangerous!

I have to leave?

How?  Without you?  Why?

So much danger!

But without you?!

How will I survive?!

I go alone!  Without you!

So much danger.

The future is not clear!

I trust you when you say there is danger.

So much danger.

I leave.  Alone.

I must go.

I am busy taking courses…

boon check 500 pi

Meredith Gibraltar is busy.  I have two courses that I am taking.  One is The Elixir Project Experience and the other is My Book Blueprint.  Both are offered by Kary Oberbrunner.

I have been following a course that gives me focus to write my book.  The coarse is helping me to be unhackable.  That means being focused to attain a Boon which is a specific goal.  It is offered by Kary Oberbrunner and is called The Elixir Project Experience.  It’s about $600 CAD but well worth the money.  Above is what is called a Boon Check.  A check that I have written out to myself for $10,000 for July 1, 2019.  The check is for writing my book Stephen.  By this time I hope to have made $10,000 in sales.  It is a dream.  And a dream that I am working towards!

The second course is My Book Blueprint.  This one was about $400 CAD.  It offers modules to help structure my book and to help with marketing.  Right now I am writing an overview…a general summary of each chapter which doesn’t tell all of the story.  It tells just enough to get the person interested.

Kary Oberbrunner offers to edit, publish and help you launch your book for $5000 USD.   This program is called Author Academy Elite.  I don’t have this much money.  I am on disability!  If I had it I would have invested.  Hopefully there is a cheaper way that Kary can help me.  I’ll have to wait and see!

I’ll try to write a poem soon.  Sorry but I have been busy.

I dream…a poem.

Meredith Gibraltar wrote the following poem in her first book  … Stephen.  I take the time to share it with you now.  Sorry I have been busy and not writing as much poetry as usual.  But I did write this yesterday and thought I’d share it with you now.  Cheers!

I dream.

I fear.

I cannot move.

Cannot speak.

Red cloaks.  Red hoods.

Knives soaked in red blood.

I fear.

I cannot move.

Cannot speak.

I fear.

Open my mouth.

No sound!

I try to yell!

No sound!

Terror!  Stark terror!

My head presses into my pillow.

Terror!  No sound!

Help!  I moan.

I roll over.

I can move.

I open my mouth!

No sound!

I gurgle a sound!

No words!

I fear!  No sound!

I try to relax.  Relax.

A sound!  A word!

The terror spell is broken!

I can speak!

I can move!

I am safe!

I am writing and busy…sorry!

Meredith Gibraltar is busy these days.  I am taking two courses and have little time to write poems in the morning.  One course is keeping me on track and I am trying to write at least 1000 words per day.  But I have little time to write poetry!  Sorry!  I have made deadlines when I will finish my first book Stephen!

I am taking a course to help me write my book Stephen.  The course is called My Book Blueprint by Kary Oberbrunner.  He outlines the blueprint of your book…all the way from writing to marketing.  It’s quite a good in depth course.

I am also taking his 30 day Elixir Project Experience where he trains me to be unhackable, meaning focused and in the zone to write.  It’s a big expensive but I think that it’s a good course.  It might be something that you would be interested in.  It has already made a major change in my thinking…my brain almost hurts!

I have provided the link to both courses above.

So my deadline to have finished Stephen is July 2017.  This means that I have to write 1000 words a day.  But the date is for the when the first draft is finished.  Then I have to edit the book.  Launch day has not been determined yet!

My mornings therefore are taken up writing Stephen or doing the course.  I will not be posting as much.  And I won’t be writing as many poems.  Sorry.  Cheers!

I am a Diva…a poem for Stephen.

Meredith Gibraltar writes a poem for her first book Stephen.  Cheers!

I have more than one man
who I love deeply.
More than one man wants me.
How could this be true?
Quiet me.  Simple me.
But they want me.
They tell me that I am a Diva.
A woman with more than one man.
This I accept now.
They have convinced me.
I am a Diva.

Meredith Gibraltar writes a poem for her first book Stephen.

You have four friends.

Two are mine.

I just met a third one.

Will he be mine?

I sense that this may be true.

I usually love only one man.

How can this be true.

One woman with three men.

How can all of you want me?

Simple me?

Quiet me?

I love so deeply.

I blossom as a Diva.

A sexual Diva.

I have more than one man.

I am a Diva.

I have to leave…a poem.

book n pen pixabay 500 pi

Meredith Gibraltar writes the last poem for the month of April.  I write to celebrate National Poetry Month with the help of NaPoWriMo.  I have blossomed as a poet!  I didn’t know that I had it in me.  I can write!  This poem hints about the ending of my first book Stephen.  But the second book, The Dominant, continues with the story.

Michael told me to leave.

Some great danger.

Someone new coming to town.

He didn’t say when

I’d see you again.

I love you.

I can’t leave you.

But I have to obey.

All of you dominate me.

I have to obey.

I fear!

As I pack my bags

I tremble.

I leave in ten minutes.

I must go.

Be safe my love.

I must go.

Be safe!

I love you!

So ends the month of April and my writing poems every day.  I have included poem writing in my books to honor National Poem Writing Month, the month of April.  My character is a writer and an artist.

Stephen…a poem.

book n pen pixabay 500 pi

Meredith Gibraltar writes a poem.  It is an excerpt of her first book Stephen.  She writes for NaPoWriMo and will write a poem every day until the end of April.  Stephen reflects a part of her past.  It is the first book she has ever written.

I love you.

I trust you.

You dominate.

To protect

And because you like it.

You have four good friends.

They all dominate and

Protect me too.

You dominate them.

You are the dominant.

I listen.

In case my life depends on it.

I listen

And do as I’m told.

Love me.

Protect me.

Thank you.
